THE Jacobs Well Tourist Park is holding a fishing competition between Saturday Jun 7 and August 3, 2003. Presentation will be held in the park on Saturday August 9, and is open to all patrons of the Tourist Park who catch a fish on their stay.

There are adult and child divisions and the weigh-in is held at the Jocobs Well Bait and Tackle Shop near the boat ramp. Entry forms must be filled in and counter signed at the shop when the weight is recorded.

Prizes for the heaviest flathead, jewfish, bream and tailor will be awarded as well as the heaviest fish overall for adults and children and a mystery weight. For more information phone the Tourist Park on (07) 5546 2016. – Jacobs Well Tourist Park
