LOWRANCE has released its product range of Eagle sounders for the 2003 season, with technology upgrades across the board and significant boosts to both power and screens technology. The price structure will remain attractive and the product is expected to appeal to the more serious user base.

The Eagle brand has great appeal for first time buyers and this will continue with the entry level Cuda 128 selling for under $270. The Cuda 128 has 800 watts of peak to peak power and will operate at depths up to 183m through a 200kHz Skimmer transducer. With 128 vertical pixels, surface temperature, quick release bracket and in-built Advanced Signal Processing. The Cuda 128 is a great starter model.

For those looking for more fish finding features, the Cuda 168 is the answer. The standard model comes with a 10.16cm diagonal, while the Cuda 168EX has a larger, wide-screen display. These models offer more refined detail with 168 vertical pixels and four levels of grey scale. And with a retail price unde the $_______ mark, the Cuda 168 and 168EX will make the ideal fishing companion.
