Crime Stoppers Family Fishing Competition

THE CRIME Stoppers Family Fishing Competition, being held over the weekend of November 13-14 at Wivenhoe Dam ‘Captain Logan Inlet’ Camping Grounds, is set to be a great event for the whole family.

There will be special prizes for the Longest Bass, Longest Yellowbelly and Longest Forktail Catfish, along with random prizes, raffles and draws. Over the weekend there will BBQ and sausage sizzles, and soft drinks are available (BYO alcohol).

The competition entry fee is only $45 per adult and $15 per junior (under 16 years), which includes the camping site cost for Saturday night. Competition registration is on-site from 8am to 11am on the Saturday. Fishing goes from 12pm to 5pm Saturday and 7am to 12pm Sunday. Competition rules and conditions are available at registration.
