Martha Cove Fishing Challenge

The Martha Cove Development, in association with Paul Worstelings Tackle World Cranbourne and MY Marine Dromana, is proud to host the inaugural Martha Cove Fishing Challenge, to be held on Sunday 25 November 2007.

Launching from the Martha Cove Development, Victoria’s newest boat launching facility and one of the premier boating destinations in Victoria, will put you on the doorstep to some of the best fishing in Port Phillip Bay

Martha Cove is the ultimate in beachside luxury living, and there is no better place to conduct a Fishing Challenge.

Martha Cove offers access to some of the best and most varied fishing spots in Port Phillip Bay. The snapper grounds off Mt Martha are less than 5km from the Martha Cove Development. Some of the best whiting, calamari, flathead, garfish and gummy shark areas are also so close, it may well confuse even the best of anglers as to what species to go for.

The Martha Cove Fishing Challenge is just that. You will be challenged to get out on the Bay and catch as many species as possible in a single day.

If you meet the challenge, you will be in the running for thousands of dollars of prizes.

Additionally, the first 50 entries will receive a free soft sided tackle bag with 4 tackle trays and a DVD, valued at over $100.

After the fishing, get your family down to Martha Cove for the presentation. The first 100 kids to attend will receive a free fishing rod and reel.

There are so many give-aways and prizes, this is one event you simply must put on your fishing calendar.

Entry Forms are available from Paul Worstelings Tackle World Cranbourne, Trevor Hogans tackle store at Patterson Lakes, and MY Marine in Dromana. – Martha Cove Fishing Challenge.
