The Noosa River to Reef Family fishing Classic is a great, family-friendly event that embraces the vibrant feel that Noosa and the surrounding waterways have to offer. The event is held between 31 May to 2 June at Noosa Yacht and Rowing Club, Noosaville.

It is one of the biggest and best family fishing competitions in South East Queensland, and attracts many other people to the area to enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

This event also embraces the sustainability side of fishing with the river fishing contestants opting for the catch and release style of fishing! Last year, the event attracted huge numbers of people to the area and nearly everyone walked away from the event with handfuls of prizes and plenty of great memories.

This year we have TWO boat, motor and trailer packages, as well as fishing kayaks and $40,000 of other prizes to be won or given away! To win the major prizes you don’t even have to catch a fish, simply fill out the entry form, pay the entry fee and you’re in the draw.

The cost of entry for Seniors is $60, Juniors (ages 5-15yo) is $20 (proof of age must be provided upon registration); and a family is $140 (max. 2 adults + 2 kids).
